Florida Emergency Response Terms of Service
Website Information
This website provides general information about water damage restoration, sewage cleanup, flood cleanup, mold remediation, and related emergency services. Website information is not a binding work scope, quotation, insurance decision, or guarantee.
Emergency Calls and Dispatch
Calling Florida Emergency Response allows a coordinator to assess the request and seek an available service provider. Availability, arrival time, and service scope depend on location, weather, demand, safety, and provider capacity. A 60-minute response is a target, not a guarantee.
Service Agreements
Any restoration work requires a separate agreement with the provider performing the service. That agreement controls pricing, authorization, payment, responsibilities, and the work scope.
Cost Information
Prices shown on the website are planning ranges. Actual cost depends on inspection findings, water category, square footage, affected materials, access, drying time, demolition, and reconstruction.
Insurance
Florida Emergency Response and network providers do not decide insurance coverage. Carriers determine coverage under the policy. Claim documentation assistance does not guarantee payment or approval.
Property and Safety
Do not enter contaminated water or standing water near electrical hazards. Follow directions from emergency services, utilities, licensed trades, and on-site restoration professionals.
Website Use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false requests, or attempt unauthorized access. Website content may not be copied or represented as another business’s work without permission.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, website information is provided without guarantees regarding completeness, availability, or fitness for a specific emergency. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
